I'm a Wikipedia user since 2013 and I'm mostly active in the Albanian Wikipedia and Wikiquote where I'm a bot operator and I have bureaucratic, admin and interface admin rights. You can check my user pages at those projects for some more detailed information if you're not afraid of using an Albanian translator (or asking). In Commons I have translator admin and campaign editor rights so if I can be of help for you in any way there, please do tell. I also hold translator admin rights in Meta so the offer stays true for Meta too. I'm mostly interested in the technical side of the project and recently I can usually be found annoying people with requests at Mediawiki in having more new-user friendly technical environments. Sometimes I'm doing small patches and sometimes I'm patrolling around with SWViewer. Feel free to leave me a message in my talk page if you want. I'll make sure to answer as soon as possible.
