I have been active on the Wikimedia projects since December 28, 2010. As of today, 14 years, 11 months and 25 days have passed since I began contributing.
As part of the global Wikimedia movement, I actively support Wikimedia Bangladesh through both online contributions and offline engagement. I have served as a Board Member since 2016 and held the position of Treasurer during the 2024–2025 term. In 2014, I founded the Chattogram Wikimedia Community, the first regional community of Wikimedia Bangladesh, established to promote the decentralization of Wikimedia activities across the country.
I hold administrator rights on Bangla Wikipedia since April 2015, Bangla Wikivoyage and Wikimedia Commons since April 2017. I have made over 250K edits across various Wikimedia projects. My off-wiki activities are detailed on the Outreach page. I am currently a member of the VRT, supporting user inquiries and permissions handling.
From 2021 to 2022, I served on the Ombudsman commission under the Wikimedia Foundation. My previous roles include OTRS volunteer (2017–October 21, 2021), Global Renamer (August 24, 2017–July 9, 2022), and Local Ambassador for the Wikipedia to the Moon initiative in 2016. I also mentored for Wikimedia in the Google Code-in 2019 program, and helped organize several campaigns, including Wiki Loves Earth Bangladesh, Wiki Loves Monuments Bangladesh, and Wikipedia Asian Month.
Based in Bangladesh, I am additionally involved with Creative Commons Bangladesh, the OpenStreetMap community, and the Google Local Guides community.
