Hey @Chansey . I searched enough online for him, to find if he is mentioned in any Non-Arabic source or not. First, lets focus on his full name in Arabic, (and you make it Turkish! he was living in the Ottoman era, like changing Muhammad to Mehmet, adding Effendi as title, Sonbol to Sunbul, etc... just Ottomanize it!): Muhammad Tahir ibn Omar al-Madani, commonly known as Tahir Sonbol, he was a physcian (1829, Mecca - 1924, Medina) , so you can add Tabib, Hakim as prefix title.
