Pilatapa (veya Pirlatapa, Birladapa veya Biladaba), Güney Avustralya'da yaşayan bir yerli halktı. Günümüzde soyu tükenmiştir.
Dilleri olan Pilatapa, Diyari diline yakındı.[1]
