Hema halkı veya Bahema (çoğul), Demokratik Kongo Cumhuriyeti'nin doğusundaki Ituri Eyaleti'nin bazı bölgelerinde yoğunlaşmış bir Bantu etnik grubudur. Nüfusları y.160,000'dir.[1]
