Phu Tay dili, Laos, Tayland ve Vietnam'da konuşulan bir Güneybatı Tay dilidir. Isan ve Lao dillerinden farklı görünse de, bu dillerin baskın olduğu bölgelerde konuşulur ve onlardan etkilenmiştir. Phu Tay'ın Tay Khang gibi diğer Tay dilleriyle karşılaştırılması henüz ikna edici sonuçlar elde edecek kadar sistematik bir şekilde yapılmamıştır.
