Passer rufocinctus, Serçegiller familyasından, Afrika'da Kenya ve Tanzanya'da bulunan bir kuş türü. Genellikle az yağış alan ağaçlıklı savanlarda ve tarlalarda yaşar.[2][3] Bazı otoriteler, Dowsett ve Forbes-Watson (1993)'a göre Passer motinensis, P. rufocinctus ve Passer insularis türlerini P. motinensis türü içinde toplar.[3][4] Bazı diğer otoriteler ise Passer shelleyi ve Passer cordofanicus türlerini bu türle ya da üçünü birden P. motinesis ile birlikte değerlendirir.[5]
