removal of the "haitian" pictograph image

This image is NOT from Haiti, and has no reliable sources. I asked the contributor who uploaded this image many years ago.
He answered he was not a specialist of the subject and found the image in a Polish magazine, without any source.
I am an expert in the caves of Haiti. I started working on the caves in Haiti and pictographs since 2009, and I can garantee that this image ins not from Haiti (the style does not correspond to anything).
This image has no source, and there doesn't exist any other original image of these "pictographs" elsewhere, and no in the form of a photograph of a real place.
This image should be removed, or at least the legend should not mention Haiti, or any date ("circa 1510")

- Dear @Ospeleo, you have to solve this issue on Commons. You can add a deletion request on Commons for that pictograph. We can remove for now but after couple years later, can be add. Regards, Zafer (mesaj - e-posta) 13.50, 30 Ocak 2023 (UTC)

- I already changed the misleading title on Commons some days ago, so the image doesn't appear as coming from Haiti.
